The AIG Public Leaders Programme 2026, by the Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation, is now open for applications.

This flagship programme equips senior public sector leaders across Africa with the skills to drive institutional reform, policy innovation, and improved service delivery.

It is delivered in partnership with the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, combining academic learning with real-world reform projects.

Funding Details

  • This is a fully funded programme covering:
  • Executive leadership training at Oxford.
  • Accommodation and meals during programme sessions.
  • Access to world-class faculty and learning resources.

Eligibility

  • Open to public sector leaders in Africa.

Open to applicants from African countries, particularly English-speaking countries, working in government institutions.
