Format

What four weeks looks like.


Week 1

Landscape & Fundamentals

Media landscape mapping, stakeholder identification, and narrative audit of a live case.

Week 2

Simulation

Live crisis or campaign simulation with real-time feedback from practising mentors.

Week 3

Strategy building

Participants build a full communications strategy for a case of their choosing.

Week 4

Review and fieldwork 

Final presentation, peer review, and certification, plus entry into the alumni network.
